For about a month, I've been getting these tiny black little lines under my nails. They're only about a mm long and not thick. It's like someone drew under my nail with a thin point Sharpee. Does anyone else get them? I have two right now. I noticed two diferent ones on different nails a couple of weeks ago. Is this something I should see my doctor about, or is it no big deal ? Thank you.
