I have shiny skin on the top of my feet. It's very thin, has a greyish pale hue (all my skin does now though since sfn). I think the thin shiny skin is totally normal with Sfn.

My feet are really bothering me too. Since about a year ago my toes seem to be getting numb and they hurt. The skin on the entire foot is extremely dry so I use a lot of cream on them and keep them warm. When they get cold the pain is really too much. I try to drink water but it's really hard. I do find I am dehydrated most of the time and I'm sure that doesn't help.
Oh and I do find that I slide on the carpet too so I guess they are shiny. |

My feet top and bottom; not too shiny; maybe the top a bit more; but they sure do burn when walking, especially barefoot.,

Does anybody here go barefoot most of the time? I'm wondering about that. Do shoes make any difference?
