Ethmoid sinus lining thickening suggests infection or chronic allergic responses.
Symptoms and Treatment | Massachusetts Eye and Ear

It is showing a cyst on your jaw...but actual cause should be evaluated. You have one lesion in a common location that shows up for some people. The MRI cannot tell what is causing it however. It is up to your neurologist who sees MRIs commonly to evaluate you based on other criteria including a good medical history that you can provide.

Thank you! That was seriously helpful. A cyst on my jaw? I've never even heard of that before. But, my right jaw hurts off and on (thought it was the RA, to be honest) and it was so bad a few months ago I went to the ER and they told me I had a sinus infection. I thought, ah, ok, makes sense. Because I do have chronic sinus infections and fungus infections AND yeast infections. I am a walking bacterial infection, apparently.
