Default Evening primrose oil for small fiber neuropathy

There is a few clinical trial that shows evening primrose oil helps diabetic neuropathy. However, When I have taken it in the past i noticed more burning sensation to my small fiber neuropathy. I have neuropathy from mercury toxicity. for the general purpose of this post please just focus on if evening primrose oil and if it help your small fiber neuropathy. I say this because i always get advice on mercury neuropathy which i dont need at the moment.
