Default Questions about B6

I recently had EVERY vitamin level tested because my doctor is determined to figure out what is happening to me with my neuropathy.

My B6 came back low-ish. It says standard values 20-170, mine was 23. It's my lowest number yet. I can't find a whole lot on a b6 deficiency and I'm not sure if I am really deficient or just at the low end of normal. Any insight?
