This is interesting. I recently had a massage and I do think it was way to aggressive. I was sore for a few days and felt more tired than usual. Not as bad as Debi, but probably good to let them know next time to ge more gentle.

Default Hey my friends :)

Hope everyone is having a low pain day.

I know one thing....I will never let someone massage my lower back and hip areas again ! Mine was a 'light' massage and I truly think she did it lightly. But.....my lower back hurt so bad when I moved that I felt it in the front ! The pain went wall the way through my body !

And my hips (mostly the haunches ) were very, very tender.

I think it did help my shoulders, shoulder blades and neck. Those muscles are hard as rocks and I guess I carry all my stress there......most people probably do !

Anywho..I cancelled my appointment for last Wednesday but I may try and make one for one afternoon this week and just have my upper area done. I would like to try one more time to see if it might help if she doesn't touch my lower back or hips.

She also did the back of my legs and that didn't bother me too much but may have helped with the circulation ?

The Good Lord knows it's so hard for all of us to live with the issues we have. I fight it everyday as I know all of you do. I just wish I could find something that helped with this everyday pain. It's so draining on my body and my mind.

Thanks to all of you who read this and/or posted.

I'll let you know how I do if I go again.

Debi
