Default Back brace

My spine/pain dr had me go through mri of thoracic and cervical spine. He had an orthodist fit me with a back brace. It does make me sit better and straighter. It seems to help me feel better. He said I do not have to wear it all day and night. He said after a period of time I can quit.

Anyone else have luck with brace? It is kind of bulky and I have been trying to find ways to conceal it with clothing.

There are different types of back braces so I'm not sure this will help. I wore one for 3 months post back surgery and it was very bulky. I would wear a form fitting soft cotton tank top underneath as it irritated my skin. I don't know if you need that. On top of the brace I wore a babydoll style shirt. Then on top of that I wore a real pretty coverup. No one noticed the brace except me of course.
