In an article about SFN in fibromyalgia they mentioned a new drug called ARA 290 -
"A new class of drug, ARA 290 activates “innate repair receptors” and turns off cytokines, protects tissues in inflammatory environments from damage, and even promotes small nerve fiber repair. It may be able to help with both the pain and autonomic symptoms associated with SFN. " Small Nerve Fiber Study Finds Different Kinds of Fibromyalgia Exist | United States Health Times It seems that this article is based on the paper: Cornea nerve fiber quantification and construction of phenotypes in patients with fibromyalgia Linda Oudejans,1 Xuan He,1 Marieke Niesters,1 Albert Dahan,a,1 Michael Brines,2 and Monique van Velzen1, 2016 Anyone heard about this treatment? *** Sorry I was so excited to read about the ATA290 that haven't seen there was already a thread about this subject Last edited by stillHoping; 06-19-2017 at 07:44 AM. |
