Default Advisory Board for Clinical Trial

Just FYI....The Center for Information and Study on Clinical Research Participation (CISCRP) is working with a biotech firm here in the Boston, MA, USA area to establish an advisory board to help with the development plan of a clinical trial for Small Fiber Neuropathy. The goals of this particular advisory board are to discuss general experiences living with SFN, assess general perceptions of clinical trials, and solicit feedback on a proposed clinical trial for SFN, specifically to help determine potential drivers for participation and retention, as well as the optimal messaging for materials for this clinical trial. Participants must be diagnosed with idiopathic or diabetes mellitus SFN and be age 18 or over. I have a summary document that provides an overview of the meeting if anyone is interested. I tried to attach it here but it was too large or I am probably not doing it correctly (probably the latter!). Reasonable travel (including airfare) is covered. You may also contact them directly at NGetz@ciscrp.org or 617-725-2750 x 402.
