That is a good beginning.
I along with many others here, find that barometric lows that come with storms are very flaring of pain. So record your daily weather in your journal. I also flare severely with processed (including restaurant) food because MSG is common in many foods in the US. Some people here have stated that sugar also flares them. Also some people have posted here and on the addiction forum that alcohol can flare them.
