Not all computers have floppy drives anymore...they are special order. And servers are the same way, esp rackmount's. I don't know JL's particular setup but I've built computers and servers (tower's). Only upon request or for our own computers, did we bother adding one and we only have two floppy drives in the house for 5 computers. If it REALLY needs it, we will open it up and add it.

And having your motherboard or something else "meltdown" can also cause your server to go bellyup.

In the meantime, let BT go it's way. Stressing over it is not productive. Raised stress can cause your PN to flair. Liz
