Hi, my legs feel "shivery" with yawning and scratching anywhere on my body as well as other things, but the oddest one is when I am watching something exciting on TV. Recently when I was watching black panther at the cinema they were going crazy during the action scenes, very odd!

This is a response your over-sensitized nervous system is having to the adrenalin you're producing when excited (or scared). You'll probably find that stress will make your symptoms worse as well.
