Default CO2 Therapy

I am utilizing a method that increases blood flow over extended periods of times and I've noticed an increase in energy and weight loss. I use an oximeter to measure my perfusion index and blood oxygenation levels and the perfusion index numbers are doubling and tripling... I am increasing the quality of my workouts. Has has anyone heard of this therapy? It's called noninvasive transdermal CO2 delivery.

How did you hear about this. I just googled and I mostly just see reports or testimonials by a company who makes a machine. Do you have more info?
