Hi Hopeful, sorry to hear that you are having a nasty flare, as well as the other issues you are dealing with in your life. Don't forget that stress can often be a factor in how you feel - so do the best you can to relax and dial down the stress a bit. I know it can be difficult, but it is very important to your health.
