I did not find essential oils helpful for the neuropathy thing.
I have found herbs useful. Most important for me was St. John's wort in tincture made from fresh plant material. American skullcap (fresh tincture), prickly ash, and ashwagandha I also think have helped. St. John's wort is contraindicated with SSRIs and most other drugs because it increases their removal from the body. |

My mum takes alongside her blood pressure lowering medication for depression and she is doing fine under her Doctors supervision... so far, she likes it. It has a few disadvantages, but it is one of the best herbs for nerve pain we have in the world, so there you go.
