Thanks. I think I am on the right track now. I started doing exercise since day1 of not drinking; Now I do biking 200kms a week, ocassinaly swim and try to walk if possible anywhere. I feel better and better. Actually I wanted to help others telling them that there is light at the end of the tunnel. This terrible state can be improved and also cured. I was really desperate, almost suicidal a few months ago.
