Sandyocean, I would put more reliance on the blood measurements of Ca2+, Mg2+ and K+ levels. They are what are physiologically relevant (measurements from hair samples are not). How high is your blood K+?

I am puzzled that you are drinking a plant-derived source of minerals. Minerals (formally, monovalent and divalent cations) are essential nutrients with identical chemical properties regardless of their source. Have you come across any clinical evidence that minerals from plants have special properties which minerals from other sources do not have?
