Default Blood Pressure Meds and Nerve Damage

I never thought of this until right now. I've been taking 3 BP meds including a diuretic for about 10 yrs...and the numbness and tingling just started MOSTLY after hip replacement and nerve damage in 2010....and in recent months in my feet and I blame it on arthritis but who knows..and I even have some tingling in my fingers.

I don't have dizziness issues.

I'd love to be off the BP meds and thought I've made peace with them but...
OA onset at 18, now 79. Fibro onset at 61, Hip Replacement "mess" 72 (nerve damage, IT band damage, shorter leg). Otherwise, pretty good health.

Most important supplement: grape seed extract
