Default Update on Turmeric and Neuropathy

I've talked about tingling and burning in my feet in recent months and I believe it's from arthritis but who knows for sure about anything...could have been the drugs I took in the rehabs for the staph infection. Anyway, I'm committed to taking Turmeric Curcumin and I like the Sports Research product, 3 softgels daily and for the last couple weeks no burning or tingling in feet.

I also take more Omega 3's but I'm thinking the Turmeric is doing this for me. Or the combo, who knows FOR SURE what is working, but I'm thinking what is happening for me.

Default Theracurmin

I use a high bioavailable form of curcumin called Theracurmin from Integrative Theraputics. It works better than Tramadol for my pain. Plus it curbs inflammation.
