Hello, yesterday I’ve posted on new members, but decided to ask here.
I have twitching bodywide for 4 years. There are some changes in muscle bulk on all muscles on my right side, it started right away 4 y ago, and seemd to slow down trough years, and since I got stressed again since winter, I saw some new changes in muscles on my right side, and very minor now including left side.

I’ve visited numerous neuromuscular neurologist (including one specialised in. MND) they did clinical and EMG/NCS exam. Everything was great, only some muscles in my foot had large amplitude on EMG, but all muscles were silent while at rest.

I can feel some slight dexterity issues both with right arm and right foot, but it is only because I play piano and am very observative since I use my hands much. None of the neuros noticed any weakness, nor real atrophy.

I was wondering if it could be some kind of neuropathy since it is realy slowly developing (4 y-and still no neuro sees any changes or feel weaknes)
I have some pain on my right side on the muscles I see changes with.

I had autoimmune panel, tyroid, mineral status, B vitamins tests and all is clear. Only thing i haven’t done is lumbar puncture, lyme tests and brain MRI. What could it be???

OP: Any chance you take statin drugs? Other drugs you take? We all know it's got to be from something. My issues came on with OA issues and staph infection mess in knee.

I dont take any drugs. Before the onset of twitching and this slight atrophy, I took herbal parasite cleansening, and epsom salt cleaning, after thst all went downhill. But since than I’m to scared to take any supplementation. Also I need to say that I gained preety much weight-10 kg!!!
