Default Large fiber axonal polyneuropathy

I have this diagnose,does someone has same,left is as idiopathic but it s seems coming from mom ,and where u treat this,any center,for finally diagnose,i am in europe,so if any has same pls help,which suplements u use etc.In my country is only'one mda center,and neurologists are not interested,i passed all phasese,gabapentin,lyrica,many opioids,last 4 yrs tramadol for musculosceletal pain,etc,,,,any possibility for curing by stem cells or any treatment,regards
