If it were me and I've done this so much anyway, is CUT way back, majorally reduce Sugars and Carbs from my diet. These two are killing so many quietly and slowly.

Surgery, only if major Emergency. I've had one surgery in 2010 and live with complications and side effects for going on 9 yrs.

My surgery was elective meaning not an emergency...but recommended.
