Default Muscle aches

Does anyone experience muscle aches? I have axonal pn with weakness, and have been having almost constant aching in the legs and forearms lately both when active and resting. Just wondering if this is normal, almost nothing comes up on Google.

Default Cramps

I had a Podiatry tech suggest calcium and magnesium supplements. My PC said I should use 2 tbl spoons of apple cider vinegar with a cup of water for cramps.

Thanks for the tip. I do take magnesium, but I'll have to look at calcium. Do you have achy muscles, or just crampiness? The last month or so, after a trip to Costco or something, my legs feel like I've been hiking all day (which I don't do!). My forearm muscles feel like I've got some small muscle pulls.
