Default Ethoxyquin potential treatment

I thought these two articles were interesting. Apparently Ethoxyquin is a food preservative in the pet food a fish farming business, but apparently has neuro-protective properties. It's being first studied for chemo-induced PN, but shows promise for diabetic as well. I'm hoping there will be a general benefit for idiopathic as well. A modified version of it is being prepped for human trials a couple of years away. It may have toxicity issues not mentioned in the articles. Still, pretty interesting. It's mentioned near the bottom of 'The Fire Within' article.

Thanks for posting this Lerch. Any research is a source of hope and encouragement, no matter how remote it might seem.
