Hello,
My burning and paresthesia in feet are worsening since two days ago. Just when I left the low-carb diet (<50g carbs/day) I was trying last month. Is normal a so fast and sudden worsening after introducing carbs (more than 300g/day)? Any experience? Or is just my mind? I must say that the reason I left the suggested low-carb diet was due to my recent sicca (dryness in mouth and eyes) syndrome (still some tests pending to check for Sjogren's). After some reading it seems than one of the side effects of ketosis (tested myself I was in ketosis) is dryness. And symthoms showed up two weeks ago. Thanks in advance for your help. |
