I agree, CBD "can be" beneficial to a degree for either anxiety or some measure of pain relief. But, the CBD needs to be very high potency, which translates into very expensive.

I recently spent 160 USD for 30ml of CBD oil; so far not seeing noticeable effect on either anxiety or pain.
