Sorry you are going thru this, glad it's not broken and will just take time for the healing. As for the nerve pain, there is so much info here on what others do. Time is our best healer and we can't push that. Again sorry.

And true on certain classes of abx drugs like Cipro, Levaquin etc can cause so much joint and muscle damage.
