Possibly TTS might be related if you have hyper-mobile joints, or lax tendons?

Or might be something unrelated to the upper body sx..

Advanced PT or expert chiropractic care might be something to explore..
My chiro used many modalities.. low level laser for pain areas , also ultrasound, E stim & top rib mobilizations
