I have done laser before for a few weeks but didn't continue due to cost and wasn't seeing much results from it.But in saying that i have ready ALOT of information and studies in regards to laser treatments for neuropathy/nerve damage. So I will give it a try again .
As they say, good things take time.
Once I started laser after stopping lyrica (which in my rare case, I believe was making it worse), it took about 2 months of twice a week treatments before I was 100% sure it wasn't in my mind and that my symptoms were getting better. I wish it wasn't so expensive and of course insurance doesn't cover it
