Default Health anxiety sufferer wondering if tests can give a concrete diagnosis?

My health anxiety often makes me feel I have symptoms that don’t really exist, or makes my symptoms worse.

So, I’m wondering if a neurologist can make a concrete diagnosis through clear test results, or are their often no clear proof from tests?

If tests don’t usually provide concrete results, I’m worried that a neurologist’s educated guess could be wrong. Or could a good neurologist see through my health anxiety?
