Yes, some evidence in animal studies for Diabetic PN--presumably something to do with increasing blood supply to the damaged nerves.

I have Idiopathic, and tried low dose viagra (10mg per day) for a few months and it did nothing for the PN, though did put a spring in my step elsewhere.
