OP: Just about everyone here would like to be normal again. I've dealt with nerve damage since hip replacement over 9 yrs ago and have tried so many things, from a lot of supplements to many topicals to rub into my areas of discomfort. Just had my heating pad on my thigh which is numb for over 9 yrs now and smeared it with frankincense oil to help ease things. I don't know what all you've tried, but there is a boatload of info in the Neuropathy group. I sometimes wonder, actually often, will I ever getting my feeling back, and I'm not holding my breath on that one.

We have to keep trying and it's not what we signed up for believe me. Never expected all this damage.

I've told others about the benefits of Grape Seed Extract, it does help. Inosine and Sphingoln have helped me. Topricin for Pain helps me a lot. Being in the UK may be for difficult for you to find these but maybe not. There are supplement stores there, correct.

Sorry for the distress, hope you can get some relief.
