Default Diet and Supplements

Has anyone had any luck with following a healthy diet and taking supplements in terms of a reduction in or stabilizing of neuropathy symptoms? I'm taking a ton of supplements and just read sugar is a big no no as are dairy products and fatty meat. Looks like I'll be revamping my diet as well...
