Here is a lot of good info on restorative sleep. That Ambien was given the black box warning, I would not touch it, very dangerous.

On the Neuropathy, a friend was able to get rid of gabapentin when she finally got on grape seed extract, I've talked a lot about this. She had so many S/E on t he gab drug.

And for me, and I take Grape Seed Ex for many years, Inosine has been a huge benefit for the neuropathy I deal with.

Many also talk about ambien and the memory issues. So.....

some chain drug stores carry their own brand of lidocaine 4% cream... clear, no smell. seems to help

This means learning and then applying good habits for sleeping well.
