Hi Dexter454,
I haven't had this condition but in case some here might not know what it is. This is from Medical News Today (2017):

Allodynia: Causes, types, and treatment

Default Allodynia

I have Allodynia since 2014. Been to 7 doctors. Finally got diagnosed by Dr. Christopher Lee at Vanderbilt. Given vitamins - did nothing. Treat with high doses of Gabapentin - very high - will give some relief from painful symptoms. Other than that doesn't seem to be anything else to do. See him April for probably referral to Neurologist in St. Louis

Welcome, Lync!

Sorry you've had to put up with this for so long. I hope that the pain relief med plus having a neuro on the case will lead to some good solutions for you.
