Default Pins and needles moving up and down leg

I’ve been a member here for a couple of months, my pins and needles experience really took off after the rabies vaccine. It’s been ongoing, but recently my left lefts gets tingling that moves up and down the leg into the hip.
Has anyone had this? I’ve never it had it actively move until yesterday.
Thanks!

Hello....

That definitely sounds like your sciatic nerve. I have experienced that myself after being dx with a split piriformis muscle that was pinching my sciatic nerve.
