Default Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy

Yes, your are right. A better A1C can't hurt. 6'4 is 1 point in to diabetic range. I sometimes use a low-carb bread that does not spike my sugar. I bought a 1-2 person wok recently and cook a lot of stir frys. I will get back on Grape Seed Extract and see what happens. My frustration is that I have not felt that improvement was possible since I could not keep it from getting worse. So even though I am getting good advice, just because it does not help me, does not mean it won't help others. Clearly based on the number of your posts, you have help many sufferers. So you have my gratitude for the efforts you have contributed to this site.
