Default Nerve Tingling After Pfizer Vaccine

After I got the first dose of the Pfizer vaccine, I got nerve tingling and numbness on both my sides (below ribs and above waist) as well as across my torso.

At night, I can feel a complete nerve running horizontal across my body as if it's a wire that is lit up.

I am very worried about this.

It has been 3 weeks now.

After looking online, many are saying they also had tingling after Pfizer and that it usually goes away in 6-8 weeks. Some it goes away sooner and some still have it months later.

I think this in inflammation and so I'm trying to take things for inflammation as well as things for nerves. Thank you.
