Hey Mark D,

The most important thing to realise is that this diagnosis does not mark the end of the world. You are likely going through the worst symptoms right now. The body is a great healer and will find a way to recover. A lot of people including myself have been through the dark days at the onset of symptoms. It is not a great place. If you somehow detach yourself from your symptoms and just do the most positive things you can to accelerate recovery it will at least give you some measure of control. Formulate a plan; like adopting a great diet and taking the right supplements, avoiding alcohol, getting outside, walking, light exercise, getting adequate rest/meditation and sleep and socialising. All these things are positive steps to recovery.

Don't assume you have autonomic symptoms on flimsy evidence, though its understandably easy to do so.

Best wishes and keep us updated,

Atty
