Holy sm9ke. I hear you with all the specialists and tons of diagnosis. I want through that this year and gave up. I went back to my Chinese acupuncturist. She is awesome, knows exactly what's wrong and tells me my part in the process. Starts with diet and getting GI right. If you find a sore spot on your head, rub it down. It's going to hurt. Keep after these, they move around. Acupressure. Recommend acupuncture for you, your nerves are in distress. Be well soon.

Hi razzle,
9 Signs and Symptoms of Copper Deficiency

Copper deficiency is apparently pretty rare, but I asked aeria about their copper testing because of the list of symptoms they described.

Low copper has been associated with iron deficiency anaemia plus copper deficiency can be associated with neuropathy.

Also as far as I know, too much zinc can cause copper deficiency as well and in turn iron deficiency anaemia. A loop.

If you have anaemia caused by an acquired copper deficiency then you can change your dietary intake of copper rich foods.
