Most of the time, rub my feet with Topricin homeopathic Foot Pain supplement and very often on top of that I rub some Ultra Tiger Balm, and wear socks all the time. I do this morning and night before bed.

My feet burn all the time, so bad i couldn't sleep. After seeing 17 specialists I give up. Couldn't find or help with GI problems. Finally out of despair I went back to fabulous Chinese acupuncturist. The burning is subsiding as I am learning how to eat correctly. Must start easy with rice mush (coats intestine) boiled or streamed vegetables. This will take a week. Only thing to drink always is warm water. Soothes the body. For herbs and roots there are licorice root and milk thistle capsules. I've just ordered mine. When liver is forced to work it makes feet and legs burn. Try new food at lunch only so liver has time to work on it. Last meal is 6pm. Best of health.

I've posted before and for the thigh burn/tingle and feet from hip replacement damage, I use many supplements but the two that helped the burn issue are Inosine and Sphingolin, and took them both together for some mtonsh and then dropped to Inosine and now I'm pretty good in that burn tingle areas. My topicals help a lot too.

razzle, try soaking your feet in luke warm foot bath of epsom salts for a while to see if that takes the burning off a little. Sorry about your pain. I know how it is. If they're on fire all of a sudden think about what has changed in your daily life that could have brought on a flare. It may be food related or new medications or have you had a recent illness. So many things can bring on flare I've found.
