if you do a search on here about Vitamin B12, you will find that methylcobalamin B12 taken everyday orally, is more effective at rebuilding your stores of B12 than B12 shots. it is absorbed more readily and not just being found in your blood. There are lengthy explanations under Mrs. D's posts.

As far as balance, i have taken balance therapy two separate times, years apart. It did not improve my balance so much, though it did some, as to show me ways to avoid falling if i started to lose my balance.
