Class IV k laser treatment - Google Search

You can also search for cold laser, soft laser or low level laser.
The chiro I used to go to had one, I had soft tissue pain and some joint pain areas, 20 seconds per area and pain was gone.

May or may not help for PN, but might be worth a few treatments to find out.
