OP : Only 26 and with so many health issues. The neuropathy could be coming from any one or more of the issues. I've posted here what has helped me a lot and what others have been helped too:

Grape Seed Extract
Inosine (for nerve issues)
Sphingolin (for nerve issues)

Reduce/eliminate sugars (including refined carbs) and look at the foods issue.

Increase your Vit C and make sure you Vit D levels are sufficient.

Your post sounds familiar and perhaps another person posted with the same story.

[Hypersensitive skin- clothing is uncomfortable, i am always itchy and i am hypersensitive to pain- a light punch is very painful to me and having my skin touched softly also hurts.]

This makes me wonder about RSD/CRPS.. we have a forum for that if you want to read more to see if it fits for some of your symptoms.

I have pretty much all that. Not the other medical conditions though. I have knocked out a lot of it, like the dropping stuff, and swaying walking in dark, and the crawling under skin, etc etc. Major detox. - many months of specific detox minerals, powders etc. all natural. Then did a 44 day water fast to get the toxics out of the muscles. Only added liquid minerals liquid electrolytes. Its all improved massively after reaching unbelievable levels of pain and so much else. I also take Pure Liposomal Glutathione every day. Essential.
