i did pt about 4 years ago, i walk ok and as much as i can though every step is painful. I still have the strength in my legs( maybe why i bang into things so hard). I think i really just have to protect my feet more....balance is a big problem too, so im really careful when i can see well because of darkness.

I can relate to each step being painful and off balance. I often wonder what people see when I walk. My face expressions and I look drunk or what I call waddle. I hope you feel better. Maybe you should try pool therapy too.

Those shoes don't have thongs in them. They are slides. And the toes are tough.
