we use the same type of scales that dr's do. if they actually get a reputable company to calibrate them, they will be tagged. the office staff needs to be trained on how to use them and set all the weights back to zero after each weigh in.
you should also ask when the scale was calibrated and how much the scale is known to be off each year. ours are used way more than a dr's office scale. average has only been 3-5 off. many times they have weighed under. when the company that does the calibrating comes out, they check usually replace all springs. it might seem like a real pain, but we have had members who have brought their home bathroom scales into the club..and calibrated it to match ours. i know weighing can be very frustrating. there are so many factors. yes, time of day, time of the month for women, constipation.... on the b 12 issue... the methyl i can take.i am taking 1000 mg daily. i get extremly nauseated with any b-complex. |
No wet noodle here.
But this is from my B12 website. Many of us have independently described the repair process as "weird" with good reason: Quote:
Regarding being unable to use the cyanocobalamin. If you can't convert it, for storage and use, it goes out with the urine. rose |
I found lots of times that my symptoms increased for some periods, no set pattern but flaring was very common, followed by a little less severity of symptoms.
