Default Tai Chi

I thought it might be interesting to others of a research program going on at Louisiana State University. I have tried to get into the study but it is always full. Our local paper recently did a program on this study and all the good results coming out of it. Ti Chi classes have been set up to work with people with neuropathy and as a program to help improve balance. I have ready that many who attend the classes are having good results and are even able to walk without canes or walkers since beginning the classes. Some participants have had the program adapted to there limitations. I have kept tabs off and on for the past couple of years and so for Tai Chis seems to definatly help improve balance problems for people with pn.
