Default I will never stop taking the Methyl B-12

Hi All.

Not only is my neuropathy greatly (and I mean greatly) improved since I began this Methyl B-12 a few months ago, but it really changed my energy level.

A few days ago, I thought I would go on 3 times a week. Well, I didn't take the 5000 of Methyl B for 3 days in a row. I simply forgot to take it. If it's not on the table with my syringe of Lantus, well Melody's brain doesn't remember stuff.

So for 3 days I didn't take it. On the 3rd day, I got so tired, I slept all afternoon. Now I never sleep all afternoon on any given day so why this happened I have no idea. But I was tired.

I took it today. Feel fine. (My arthritis is killing me but that's related to the weather and not to anything to do with neuropathy).

But as far as energy, I did two walks, went shopping and didn't have to nap.

So I believe (for me), this Methyl B-12 is a keeper. An every day keeper.

I'm ordering another bottle. You have no idea how it helps my neuropathy.

Thank goodness.

Melody

Hi Mel, whilst i have mucking around trying to get Methylcobalamin, i ran out of my normal b12 Cynnocobalamin about 10 days approx without it, but still took my b complex but anyway 3 days ago i noticed a real slump in my energy so i went and got some more b12, well it give me a boost on the same day i took it, and have remained the same since, i have been climbing up and down a high ladder painting the outside of my house, what a difference the b12 has made.
all the best
Brian

Ah, Dahlek:

I'm so sorry it didn't work for you.

Here's hoping that we all find something that works for everybody.

Stem Cell therapy??? Someday??? Perhaps???

I found this website and it lists possible side effects of b12, some of them sound scary...

http://www.acu-cell.com/bx2.html

Its about half way down. I wonder how much is too much.... I too take 5mg a day...

Well, I am sooo tired from not being able to sleep from the extreme stress of this appeal and hearing on the CDs where the Plaintiff's lawyer lied. I can show that what he said isn't what the record shows... but if that was always true and the lower court still decided for him... then how much chance is there?

That is what's making me not sleep.

I'm just here to get the link for the sugar thread for a friend.

BUT, I had to say that your thread title made me smile. I love it. I'm soooo glad you wrote that.

I wish I could show you the page I just did, devoted to that very idea.

It has to do with how I've lost 10 inches by exercising 3 minutes a day, when I'm well enough to exercise.

And other things.

thanks, Melody.

Alan's IVIG nurse came here at 1:30, (caught in a severe thunderstorm). She was completely and thoroughly soaked.

So what was Melody to do?? Why, give her some clothes to put on!!! She put her drenched clothing away, and she put on a pair of my black spandex shorts and a nice black and silver shirt. Looking spiffy, she did the IVIG.

And we spoke French in between the paperwork and the blood pressure checks.

AND SHE ADORES MY MUFFINS.
