Cool Smirk Good Morning...

...it's 4:15 am EDT U.S.A. and I'm up because my middle toe on my left foot feels like it's stuck in a electric outlet! This early ,I might as well get a newspaper route. There's no home milk delivery, so that rules out a milkman job. Very..Very..frustrating , tiring , depressing , ( add a adjective if you wish).

I'm sorry! Ummmmmm, can you take someone with you on the paper route--throwing the papers may prove a mistake too! You could move to another state where there are still dairy farms and pick the milk up in the mornings! Just a suggestion!

We urge all doctors to take time to listen to your patients.. don't "isolate" symptoms but look at the whole spectrum. If a patient tells you s/he feels as if s/he's falling apart and "nothing seems to be working properly", chances are s/he's right!
