B12: 7 years on

Default B12: 7 years on
I have been on B12 shots ( every 3months) and been taking 1 MG of MethylCobalamin a day for 7 years. Had a B12 blood test recently and I was only at a level of 636.

Been taking Source Naturals Brand of oral B12 for a number of years anyone opinions on the best brand?
